While this treatment is effective for treating the fungal infection, it does not eliminate it and requires a prescription from your doctor.
If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, your doctor may recommend that you discontinue the use of terbinafine, which you must avoid before getting the treatment you need. However, discontinuation can be dangerous and may not be effective for you.
